Advent is a season of eager anticipation and hopeful expectation. Our English word “Advent” comes from a Latin word meaning “coming” or “arrival.” It is the first coming of Jesus that we celebrate in the Advent season each year, but it is the second coming of Jesus that Christians around the world eagerly anticipate as part of our Advent celebrations.
Join us on the four Sundays of Advent, beginning on Sunday, December 3rd at 10:30 a.m., as we participate with other Christians around the world and throughout history in eager anticipation and hopeful expectation of the coming of Jesus Christ!
